I'm just like any other mum

by Gemma

People spat at my feet I have an 11-month-old son called Ellis. I fell pregnant with him when I was 14. When I went for my scan the lady scanning me told me I should have an abortion because I was too young to have the baby and that I wouldn't be a good mum. That made me angry and sad.
When I was pregnant some people spat at my feet in the street. It just made me want to be a good mum even more. Now I've shown those people that I am a responsible and loving mum, just like any other mum.
